SWEN Advisory has a dedicated team providing property consultancy on urban advisory, planning and management services to landowners and developers. We also invest in real estate properties in Athens and islands in the Aegean. Our associate advisors and realtors support home buyers, sellers and investors in a wide range of topics including market scanning of new opportunities, real estate analysis and investment analysis. Working through one-to-one consultations, we also support our clients in identifying a property as per their needs and follow up until the finalisation of the real estate transaction. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND ECONOMIC REFORM
Through the participation in public sector tenders funded by the European Commission, the World Bank and other IFIs we provide technical assistance aiming to create competent public and private agencies in developing and transition economies. We have successfully delivered projects assisting government authorities in the implementation of operational actions and the establishment of co-ordination mechanisms among central and local authorities, strengthening regulatory systems, reform public administration, and modernize financial sectors by establishing and enforcing critical market-supporting institutions.
